Rescue Essentials Burrito IFAK

The Rescue Essentials Burrito IFAK is a compact first aid kit built on the popular Coyote Tactical Burrito IFAK Pouch. It features laser-cut slots on the rear, allowing users to mount the pouch either vertically or horizontally to their EDC, duty, or riggers belt, as well as directly to MOLLE-compatible systems. Unlike other mini medical kits, the Burrito IFAK does not use elastic to retain its contents, which helps prevent accidental deployment. This makes it an excellent solution for lumbar mounting IFAK supplies on a duty belt.

A standout feature of the Burrito pouch is its bottom-mounted tourniquet holder, allowing rapid access to a tourniquet without the need to open the main compartment. Additionally, the front face of the BURRITO pouch has a laser-cut medical cross with an included IR/reflective laminate card. The reflective side can be used for overt activities, while the IR side provides a subdued look that is only visible under IR light.

The contents of the Burrito IFAK align with standard TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) recommendations, ensuring it meets high standards for emergency medical care.
