The Flat IFAK Vehicle Kit is an ideal low-profile first aid solution, especially when paired with our new MOLLEHead Vehicle Mount (sold separately). This kit is equipped with both tactical bleeding control components and basic first aid supplies for minor wounds. Designed to be mounted onto a vehicle headrest, it remains highly visible and easily accessible from any position within the vehicle. Its low-profile design ensures it does not obstruct entry or exit from the vehicle.

Built within the Rescue Essentials Flat IFAK Pouch, this unique system is structured to carry a wide range of medical supplies. The internal sleeve features a pocket for medical components, three hook-and-loop straps for securing items such as tourniquets, decompression needles, and airways, and a pocket for thinner components like chest seals, flat bandages, and 4"x4" gauze. An integrated holder is perfect for 5.5” EMT shears, while an elastic loop ensures a pair of gloves are always ready for use.

Dual pull handles allow for rapid access to the inner sleeve from either direction. When mounted on the back of a tactical vest, gun belt, or vehicle headrest, the kit is easily reachable from either side. Nylon handle covers provide tactile confirmation of the pull handles, and the PALS panel on the front of the pouch offers a mounting point for additional items such as mag pouches or tactical light holsters.
