Usage Directions

For effective use, clear your nasal passage by gently blowing your nose. Prime the pump by holding the bottle upright and pumping until the solution dispenses. Insert the nozzle into your nostril, press the pump fully, and inhale through your nose. Apply 2-4 sprays per nostril and use at least twice daily.
