The LXPB70 Quick-Draw Tactical IFAK Pouch, featuring Red Tab Technology, is designed for rapid access to critical medical supplies. Its innovative quick pull-out inner panel design ensures that life-saving equipment is readily available when needed. The inner panel is securely organized with a strap slot to keep supplies neatly in place. The red pull strap allows for immediate access, revealing an inner pouch that holds all essentials securely while remaining easy to access, facilitating fast emergency response.

This pouch supports one-handed operation, making it convenient to retrieve necessary items swiftly. The back of the pouch is equipped with a universal MOLLE attachment system, which is versatile and fits various tactical vests, backpacks, duty belts, and other gear. Additional MOLLE loops on the sides, front, and bottom are made from nylon webbing and are useful for storing tools and trauma shears. The front flap features a rubber Star Of Life patch, which is attached with hook and loop material and can be removed to customize the pouch with morale patches or department logos.
